How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and follow the steps. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed/produced or shipped yet, we can often help. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation.
Please check your spam/junk folder and confirm you entered the correct email address. If you still can’t find it after a few minutes, contact us.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Available destinations are shown at checkout.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 5–10 business days (depending on the destination). For custom-made items, delivery times may be longer—especially for Fine Art Prints and framed artworks. If you’d like a more accurate estimate, feel free to message us. Once your order has shipped, you can track the delivery anytime using the tracking number.

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout before payment.

Will I have to pay customs fees or import taxes?
For deliveries outside your country/region, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are set by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.

What if my package is held by customs?
Please contact your local carrier/customs office using your tracking number. If you need help, reach out to us with your order number and tracking details.

RETURNS & ISSUES
Can I return an item?
Returns depend on the item type and local consumer laws. Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order artwork may be non-returnable. Please check our TERMS OF SERVICE / AGB for details.

My item arrived damaged — what should I do?
Please take photos of the packaging and the damage immediately upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours with your order number. We’ll arrange a solution (replacement/refund as appropriate).

PRODUCT CARE (ART PRINTS / ARTWORK)
How do I care for my artwork?
Avoid direct sunlight and humidity. Dust gently with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use cleaning chemicals. For framed pieces, clean the glass/acrylic on the outside only.

Will colours look exactly like on my screen?
Screens vary, so slight colour differences may occur.
