How do I place an order?
Add the artwork to your basket, proceed to checkout and follow the payment steps. You will receive an order confirmation by email once your purchase has been completed.Can I change or cancel my order?
If production or shipping has not yet started, we may be able to change or cancel your order. Please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number.I didn’t receive an order confirmation.

Fine art prints, framed artworks and individually produced works are made to order. Orders are usually dispatched within ten (10) business days. Delivery times after dispatch depend on the destination. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email.How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout before payment and depend on the destination, dimensions and weight of the packaged artwork.Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.What if my package is held by customs?

How do I care for my artwork?
Protect artworks from direct sunlight, excessive humidity and extreme temperature changes. Dust gently with a clean, soft, dry cloth and do not use cleaning chemicals directly on the artwork. For framed works, clean only the outer surface of the glass or acrylic using suitable products.Will colours look exactly the same as on my screen?
