Information on the Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason, provided you are a private consumer within the meaning of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (Konsumentenschutzgesetz). This policy does not apply to commercial customers.

The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last item.

by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

In the event of withdrawal, a full or partial refund of the purchase price shall be made only concurrently with the return of the goods received by the customer. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

The goods should be returned unused, in a condition suitable for resale as new, and in the original packaging. For items that show signs of use or whose packaging has been damaged beyond normal opening, we reserve the right to charge an appropriate amount for any resulting loss in value. The same applies if accessories or components are missing upon return.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Notes

Please retain the original packaging until you have decided not to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Exclusion or Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of contract conclusion, are not residents of a Member State of the European Union and whose sole residence and delivery address are located outside the European Union.

No Right of Withdrawal Exists

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are custom-made according to customer specifications (in particular, all framed and mounted artworks) or clearly personalized to the consumer’s individual needs.
