CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY

SILVERFINEART Certificate of Authenticity with artwork details, edition information, SILVERFINEART stamp and artist signature.

A Certificate of Authenticity (COA) is an official document confirming the authenticity and provenance of an artwork. Each SILVERFINEART Certificate of Authenticity identifies the artist, artwork title, year of creation, dimensions, edition number and edition size where applicable, together with a photographic reproduction of the work. The certificate bears the official SILVERFINEART stamp and is personally signed by the artist, providing collectors with a permanent record of the artwork’s identity and provenance.

RARITY CLASSIFICATION

SERIAL UNIQUE

A unique artwork created within a series. Each work is individually produced and differs from every other piece in the series.

LIMITED EDITION

The total number of works in each edition is strictly limited and documented on the artwork and Certificate of Authenticity. Once an edition or individual size is sold out, it is permanently retired and will not be produced again.

OPEN EDITION

Open-edition works are produced without a predetermined edition limit. They are not individually numbered or signed by the artist.

    Payment information is transmitted using secure encryption and processed by professional payment service providers. SILVERFINEART does not receive or store your full card details.

  • SHIPPING
    Shipping costs are calculated based on package dimensions, weight and destination. Select your delivery country to view the applicable shipping charges.

    All artworks are carefully prepared and securely packed for transport. Orders are usually dispatched within 10 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so that you can follow the progress of your delivery.

    International shipping is available worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier and customs clearance.

    Shipments to destinations outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are payable by the recipient and are not included in the shipping costs.


    TRACKING
    Upon dispatch, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation containing a tracking number issued by our certified shipping partners. The invoice will be provided as a PDF attachment for printing.

  • If you are a consumer and a statutory right of withdrawal applies to your purchase, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

    Please note that the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. This may include artworks or presentation options produced specifically according to individual customer requirements.

    Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer. Please return the artwork securely packaged and, where possible, in its original packaging.

    If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact SILVERFINEART as soon as possible so that we can assist with the claim and advise you on the appropriate next steps. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

  • SILVERFINEART photographs are available in selected sizes and presentation options. The available formats for each artwork are shown on the relevant product page together with the applicable edition size and current availability.

    Limited editions are managed separately for each image size. Each format is therefore produced only up to its stated edition limit. Once the final edition number for a particular size has been sold, that size is permanently retired and will not be produced again.

    This edition structure preserves the rarity, integrity and long-term collectability of each limited-edition photograph.

  • FINE ART PRINT ONLY
    Printed as an archival pigment print on Hahnemühle Photo Rag Baryta with a 4 cm white border, allowing flexibility for individual framing.


    BLACK-AND-WHITE PHOTO ON DIBOND – ILFORD B/W PAPER
    The black-and-white photograph is produced on Ilford panchromatic photographic paper, delivering brilliant whites, deep blacks and a refined tonal range. A protective laminate is applied to the surface before the print is professionally mounted on an aluminium Dibond panel.

    The artwork is available either frameless or presented in an aluminium ArtBox frame in black or white. Additional frame colours are available on request.


    COLOUR PHOTO ON DIBOND – FUJI CRYSTAL DP II
    The colour photograph is produced as a traditional photographic print on Fuji Crystal DP II paper using the RA-4 process. The material delivers crisp detail, smooth tonal transitions, clean whites and rich colour. A protective laminate is applied before the print is professionally mounted on an aluminium Dibond panel.

    The artwork is available either frameless or presented in an aluminium ArtBox frame in black or white. Additional frame colours are available on request.


    FRAMELESS
    A concealed 15 mm aluminium mounting profile is fixed to the reverse of the Dibond panel, creating a floating appearance while also serving as the hanging system. The artwork is supplied ready to hang.


    ALUMINIUM ARTBOX
    The artwork is presented in a premium aluminium ArtBox frame with a 25 mm profile depth. Available in black or white, with additional frame colours available on request. Supplied ready to hang.


    ALUMINIUM FRAME WITH MOUNT
    The photograph is produced as an archival pigment print on Hahnemühle Photo Rag Baryta and mounted on an acid-free backing. It is presented with a white museum-quality mount in an aluminium frame measuring 1 cm wide and 2.5 cm deep. The artwork is protected by anti-reflective glass with approximately 70% UV protection and is supplied ready to hang.
