SILVERFINEART gift vouchers can be used towards available artworks and selected products, making them a flexible choice when you would prefer the recipient to select their own work.

Payments are securely processed through Squarespace Payments. Depending on your location, available payment methods may include:

Payment information is transmitted using secure encryption and processed by professional payment service providers. SILVERFINEART does not receive or store your full card details.

SHIPPING
Shipping costs are calculated according to the dimensions and weight of the packaged artwork. Select your destination country at checkout to view the applicable shipping charge.

Orders are usually dispatched within ten business days and carefully packed for safe transport. Framed artworks may occasionally require additional preparation time before dispatch. SILVERFINEART offers worldwide shipping to the delivery address provided with your order.

Deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.

For shipments to the United States, customs authorities or the shipping carrier may require additional information from the recipient, including a US Importer Tax ID (SSN or EIN), particularly for higher-value orders. Sensitive identification details should be provided directly to the carrier through its official secure channels. SILVERFINEART does not collect or store this information. Promptly providing the requested details helps prevent customs clearance delays.


TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number from our shipping partner. Your invoice will also be provided as a PDF attachment.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer and a statutory right of withdrawal applies to your purchase, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

Please note that the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. This may include artworks, calendars, books or presentation options produced specifically according to individual customer requirements.

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer. Please return the item securely packaged and, where possible, in its original packaging.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact SILVERFINEART as soon as possible so that we can assist with the claim and advise you on the appropriate next steps. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
