SILVERFINEART gift vouchers can be used towards available artworks and selected products, making them a flexible choice when you would prefer the recipient to select their own work.

Payments are securely processed through Squarespace Payments. Depending on your location, available payment methods may include:

Payment information is transmitted using secure encryption and processed by professional payment service providers. SILVERFINEART does not receive or store your full card details.

SHIPPING

Shipping costs are calculated based on package dimensions, weight and destination. Select your delivery country to view the applicable shipping charges.

All orders are carefully prepared and securely packed for transport. Orders are usually dispatched within 10 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so that you can follow the progress of your delivery.

International shipping is available worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier and customs clearance.

Shipments to destinations outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are payable by the recipient and are not included in the shipping costs.


TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number from our shipping partner. Your invoice will also be provided as a PDF attachment.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer and a statutory right of withdrawal applies to your purchase, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

Please note that the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. This may include artworks, calendars, books or presentation options produced specifically according to individual customer requirements.

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer. Please return the item securely packaged and, where possible, in its original packaging.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact SILVERFINEART as soon as possible so that we can assist with the claim and advise you on the appropriate next steps. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
