Presented by Galerie Arnoux at the 22nd edition of ST-ART Strasbourg from 16 to 20 November 2017, Austrian fine art photographer Gerald Berghammer exhibited a selection of his minimalist black-and-white fine art photographs at this established international contemporary art fair in France. Bringing together galleries, artists and collectors, the event provided an international setting for his distinctive photographic work.
His photographs, characterised by precise compositions, refined monochrome tones and visual reduction, explored the relationship between light, form and space. Through long exposures and carefully balanced compositions, Berghammer transformed landscapes and architectural subjects into quiet, timeless images. Presented alongside modern and contemporary artworks, his participation at ST-ART Strasbourg marked another chapter in his international exhibition history and reflected his dedication to minimalist fine art photography.
