EXHIBITED FINE ART PHOTOGRAPHY

Austrian fine art photographer Gerald Berghammer is known for minimalist black-and-white and colour photography defined by clarity, stillness and precise composition. His work focuses on landscapes, seascapes, architecture and cityscapes, using reduction and negative space to reveal the essential character of each scene.

Working with both analogue and digital techniques, Berghammer combines technical precision with a restrained visual language. His limited-edition photographs are created with careful attention to print quality, materials and archival permanence.

These are the original physical works previously displayed in galleries and exhibitions and are offered in their existing format and presentation rather than newly produced to order.

Each artwork has been carefully inspected and is in very good condition, showing either no visible signs of use or only minor traces resulting from exhibition, handling or installation. Selected works are currently available for immediate acquisition.

Each exhibited artwork is offered as a specific, individually numbered work from the original limited edition. The edition number, dimensions, print process and presentation shown on the product page refer to the exact artwork available for acquisition.

The original edition status of each work remains unchanged, preserving the integrity, provenance and collectability of each photograph.

Once an exhibited artwork has been sold, that particular numbered edition is no longer available.

Each SILVERFINEART limited-edition artwork is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity (COA), confirming the artwork’s authenticity, edition details and provenance.

The Certificate of Authenticity includes:

• Artist name

• Artwork title

• Year of creation

• Artwork dimensions

• Edition number and edition size

• Production or print details

• Artist’s signature

• SILVERFINEART Gallery stamp

Payments are securely processed through Squarespace Payments. Depending on your location and availability, the following payment methods may be offered:

Payment information is transmitted using secure encryption and processed by professional payment service providers. SILVERFINEART does not receive or store your full card details.

SHIPPING
Shipping costs are calculated according to the dimensions and weight of the packaged artwork. Select your destination country at checkout to view the applicable shipping charge.

Orders are dispatched within ten business days and carefully packed for safe transport. SILVERFINEART offers worldwide shipping to the delivery address provided with your order.

Deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.


TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number from our shipping partner. Your invoice will also be provided as a PDF attachment.

If you are a consumer and a statutory right of withdrawal applies to your purchase, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. This may include artworks or presentation options produced specifically according to individual customer requirements.

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. Please return the artwork securely packaged and, where possible, in its original packaging.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact SILVERFINEART as soon as possible so that we can assist with the claim and arrange the appropriate next steps. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
