MARIE – SERIAL UNIQUE BRONZE SCULPTURE
MARIE (2020) by German sculptor Nando Kallweit is a figurative bronze sculpture depicting a seated female figure with elongated limbs, angular features and a distinctive dark surface. The composition combines a relaxed posture with a strong sculptural silhouette. Bent legs, carefully balanced proportions and subtly textured surfaces create an interplay of form, space and quiet movement. Kallweit's characteristic reduction of the human figure gives MARIE an understated yet expressive presence.
Measuring 10 × 8.5 × 8.5 cm, MARIE is a hand-signed serial unique bronze sculpture. Each work within the series is individually produced and differs from the others, giving every figure its own character and identity.
