Nando Kallweit - Fleur Charlotte (13/50)

FLEUR CHARLOTTE (13/50) – FIGURATIVE BRONZE SCULPTURE | NANDO KALLWEIT
Fleur Charlotte (13/50) is a limited-edition figurative bronze sculpture created in 2021 by German sculptor Nando Kallweit. The artwork depicts an elegantly elongated female figure with dramatic, wing-like arms, combining human form with elements of abstraction. Its slender proportions, sculptural silhouette and carefully balanced composition express a distinctive sense of movement, grace and quiet strength.

The dark bronze surface reveals subtle textures and angular details, while the sweeping wings create an expressive interplay between solid form and negative space. The contrast between the figure's delicate appearance and the enduring material of bronze gives the sculpture a compelling visual presence. Viewed from different angles, its shifting contours reveal new relationships between light, shadow and sculptural form.

Standing 30 cm high, Fleur Charlotte belongs to a limited edition of 50 bronze sculptures. This example is numbered 13/50 and individually signed by the artist, with the edition number stamped into the base. A Certificate of Authenticity is available upon request.

Presented by SILVERFINEART Gallery in Vienna, Austria, Fleur Charlotte is particularly suited to collectors of contemporary figurative sculpture and to thoughtfully curated interiors, where its refined proportions and distinctive silhouette can be appreciated from multiple perspectives.

Nando Kallweit is a German sculptor renowned for his distinctive contemporary figurative bronze sculptures, characterised by elongated proportions, elegant silhouettes and a refined minimalist aesthetic. His artistic approach combines the timeless tradition of figurative sculpture with a modern visual language defined by simplicity, balance and expressive form.

At the heart of Kallweit’s work is the human figure, interpreted through carefully reduced shapes and sculptural gestures. Rather than pursuing anatomical realism, he focuses on the essential characteristics of the body, transforming familiar human forms into elegant, stylised compositions. The interplay of proportion, movement and negative space gives his sculptures a distinctive sense of harmony and individuality.

His bronze figures often convey subtle emotions through posture and gesture, inviting viewers to discover their own interpretations. Graceful lines, elongated limbs and thoughtfully balanced compositions create an impression of lightness that contrasts with the physical permanence of bronze. Carefully textured surfaces and the interaction of light and shadow further enhance the expressive qualities of each sculpture.

Kallweit’s artistic language is both contemporary and timeless. His work explores the relationship between abstraction and representation, combining sculptural reduction with a strong sense of human presence. Each figure possesses its own character, revealing how simplicity of form can communicate emotion, elegance and quiet strength.

With their understated sophistication and distinctive sculptural presence, Nando Kallweit’s bronze artworks complement contemporary architecture, minimalist interiors and thoughtfully curated art collections. Whether presented as individual statement pieces or alongside fine art photography, his sculptures introduce a compelling dialogue between material, form and space.

At SILVERFINEART Gallery in Vienna, Austria, a curated selection of Nando Kallweit’s figurative bronze sculptures is presented to collectors and art enthusiasts, including limited editions and individually available works.
